You can choose payment terms that suit you, alongside higher-than-average value transactions, often in excess of $6,000 per booking. You will be assigned a personal account manager to answer any queries or questions you have. Additionally, your properties will be visible to their extensive network of thousands of travel agents and affiliate partners, which opens up a wide audience.

Top Villas portfolio is curated to only select the best home in each area. All homes are considered however Top Villas will go through an internal vetting process before any homes are listed.

Integration model

Sync type PULL
Static data sync Static data is pulled by Top Villas only once upon initial creation of the listing. If the host makes any updates in Rentals United, they need to reach out to Top Villas and arrange content update.

ARI is pulled by Top Villas once every 24 hours

Reservation modifications

Reservation modifications via Rentals United are not synchronised with Top Villas.

Guests and hosts cannot modify the reservations via Top Villas. They need to reach out to the Top Villas Support Team and arrange the modification. In this case Top Villas modifies this reservation in Rentals United, too.

Reservation cancellations

Host needs to reach out to the Top Villas Support Team and arrange the cancellation.

Guest can cancel the reservation by writing to Top Villas. In this case Top Villas cancels this reservation in Rentals United, too.

Cancellation penalties Cancel the reservations as the last option. Hosts who overuse the cancellation option may be removed from the website
